Mental Health or Physical Health: Which is more Important?
Why do you even wonder what’s the answer?
It’s obviously both, but probably physical health is more important, from my point of view and here are some reasons why I believe so, and why I want you to believe in me and my reasons.
Why do I emphasize my point on physical health than mental health?
Cause, when you focus in your physical health your mental health subconsciously starts developing too,.
Honestly speaking, how do you improve your physical health?
Certain measure like,
Diet:
How do you diet? By cutting down carbs, cutting down sugar and spice. What happens when you chair to diet, you consume more fruits and veggies at least half cooked and meat with less spices added. What does this does difference, it doesn’t only helps you lose pound, grow some muscles, make you healthier physically but also, works on your mental health, subconsciously.
How?
Eating these healthy food, which has less spices, regulates your anger level, keeps you calm and composed, you don’t lose your temper and eating fruits and vegetables raw, detoxes your body and also adds a glow to your face, by looking at the reflection of it in your mirror you actually, find a positive vibrancy .
Exercise and gym:
Working out, stretching your body actually relieves your body from physical pain and tiredness, unknowingly to us, most of our emotional pain all elicited as physical pain, someway or the other, so trust me when you exercise or push your self up and down in the gym you are actually releasing your grief along with your sweat, it not only builds your physique but also your mental strength. You find yourself boosted with confidence once you are regular with your stretches and workout. It’s all the charisma.
Yoga:
Doing yoga, is mostly like focusing on your inner self, making peace with your past, you actually notice the simple process that magnificently takes place in your body, like the sensation of passage of water through your esophagus, the way when you breathe, those tiny hairs brushing past your inner nose, as the air gushes in, it’s almost like meditating, where you improve your mental health sitting at one place, but you are in a static motion, in between your asana, static pose, it brings you to the presence, makes you notice the ordinary things, you actually miss in your life race running, it fills you with gratitude. Mental health? Checked.
Sports:
To play a sport you actually need your presence of mind, focus on the field, here sports help you to inculcate those habit, which is essential for your long run with pleasant mental health,. When you actually don’t have to presence of mind, you can’t certainly prioritize your issues in hand. You wouldn’t be able to succeed in your work, if you can’t focus on your field, which ultimately will lead you to mental pressure.
Playing sports not only is a physical exercise but also a practice for mental well being. Also, playing games indoor it good, too as the benefits of playing games are more, and even better if not played in the mobile.
So, I hope I justified my points to prove that actually if you pay enough attention to your physical health you will end up working on your mental health too.
