Become Strong of Heart and Mind: HOW?

How can one become strong of heart and mind?

According to Akhand Sutra, the human heart and the human mind are closely related to the functions of the autonomic nervous system. The autonomic nervous system consists of the sympathetic nervous system and the parasympathetic nervous system.

The Virtues of Christmas: Peace - Immanuel Presbyterian Church.

Activation of the parasympathetic nervous system (the tenth cranial nerve, vagus nerve) reduces the heart rate and the functions of the mind.

Activation of the sympathetic nervous system increases (the postganglionic nerve fibers from the cardiac plexus) increases the heart rate and the fluctuations of the mind.

The automatic balance of the autonomic nervous system can lead to the constant maintenance of the optimal heart rate of 75 beats per minute and the stoppage of the fluctuations of the mind.

This, in turn, can lead to optimum cerebral blood perfusion, better functions of the human senses, mind, consciousness, and human potentials.

As a result, we can produce a predominant and coherent alpha rhythm of 8.5 cycles per second (Hertz) throughout the brain with the closed eyes and after opening the eyes.

Eyes control the sixty percent of the brain, mind, and consciousness.

According to Akhand Sutra, the control of the senses including the eyes, the fluctuations of the heart, mind, and consciousness constitute the main pillars of Akhand Yoga, an integrated form of Yoga.

With the help of Akhand Yoga, we can decode all the hidden secrets of the universe and Nature, including Divyank, the Divine Constant, and Divyank Ratio.

According to Akhand Sutra, the perfect and most beautiful objects of the universe and Nature are designed and created with Divyank, the Divine Constant, and Divyank Ratio.

Divyank is represented as ((22/21) 10.34419) = 1.618034.

1. The first part, 22/21, represents the first stage of creation of the perfect objects of Nature.

2. The second part, 10, represents the ten critical stages of development.

3. The five digits, 0.34419, represent the third stage of maturation.

4. The sum, 1.618034, represents the most economical algorithm of Nature.

5. 1:1.618034 is also represented as 38.1966% and 61.8934%.

6. This ratio is called Divyank Ratio and the Divine Golden Ratio.

With the help of Divyank, the Divine Constant, and Divyank Ratio, we can resolve many unresolved mysteries of Nature.

The Conclusion:

With the regular practice of the ten stages of Akhand Yoga, we can make the human heart and the human mind strong.

The main pillars of Akhand Yoga are, Yamaha (Five virtues), Niyama (Five disciplines), Yogasana (effective physical exercises and postures), Pranayama (regulated, coherent, and reduced breathing pattern), Pratyahara (withdrawal of senses from the external world), Dharana (creating a shield around the mind and the mental energy), Dhyana (increasing the concentration of the pinpointed mind, consciousness, and awareness), Samadhi (an even state of the mind), Chakral Yoga (awakening, activation, and integration of ten major centers of consciousness (called ten major Chakra) of the human body), and Antra Yoga (the awakening, activation, ascension, internalization of the indwelling human Soul (Antaratma) within the central most of the human nervous system
